Korean meal day w/ American directors...
Yesterday I had lunch with Nick Cassavetes (ALPHA DOG, THE NOTEBOOK) and dinner w/ Vadim Perelman (THE HOUSE OF SAND AND FOG) in Koreatown. I knew Vadim before but with Nick, it was my first time meeting you. An actor friend of mine David Thornton who's also Nick's best friend thought we should meet so we met yesterday. Thought it would be a little awkward but it went really well. He probably doesn't need my help but if he has a project with an Asian element, I told him I could help him out. And vice versa. He's been incredibly supportive of what I'm trying to do. Hope we make some kick-ass movies and make a lot of money with them.
